Common problems

Robot won't charge or charges slowly

  1. Is the power cable properly connected? Check that the power indicator light is on and both ends of the power cable are plugged in correctly.
  2. Are the charging contacts dirty? Poor contact can stop charging. Clean the contact areas on the dock and the robot.
  3. Is the room too hot or too cold? At high or low temperatures the robot slows down charging on purpose to protect the battery.

Robot won't connect to WiFi

  1. Is WiFi turned off on the robot? Reset the WiFi and try connecting again.
  2. Is the WiFi signal weak where the dock sits? Move the robot to a spot with better WiFi reception.
  3. Did a previous connection attempt fail oddly? Reset the WiFi, update the app to the latest version, then try again.
  4. Is your robot model supported by the app? Check the app for the list of supported models.

Robot isn't cleaning or mopping well

  1. Is the dustbin full? A full dustbin lowers suction. Empty it out.
  2. Is the filter blocked? A clogged filter weakens cleaning power. Clean it.
  3. Is the main brush jammed? Hair or debris wrapped around the brush will hurt pickup. Clean it.
  4. Is there water in the tank for mopping? Check the water tank has water and that the mop cloth and mount are installed correctly.

Robot can't find its way back to the dock

  1. Are there obstacles blocking the dock? Clear the area so the robot has an open path to the dock.
  2. Is the robot too far from the dock? Move it closer to the dock and try again.
  3. Was the robot moved or did you just run spot cleaning? After spot cleaning or being moved, the robot rebuilds its map and may not find a dock that is too far away.
