Common problems
My dishes aren't coming out clean
- Did you choose the right wash program for the load? Pick a program that matches how dirty the dishes are.
- Is the spray arm blocked? Make sure nothing is in the way of the spray arm and it can turn freely.
- Is the drawer loaded correctly? Check that items are placed so water from the spray arm can reach them.
- Are the filters clean? A blocked filter plate or drain filter will reduce wash quality.
The dishwasher won't start
- Is the power supply connected? Make sure the dishwasher is plugged in and powered.
- Is the drawer closed properly? The drawer needs to be firmly shut to start a wash.
- Is Keylock or Childlock turned on? These lock the controls so the machine cannot start.
Water is leaking from the dishwasher
- Is the drain hose disconnected from the waste pipe? Reconnect the drain hose to the waste pipe.
- Is the water inlet hose connected correctly? Make sure the inlet hose is connected securely.
- Is the rinse aid dispenser plug closed properly? Close the plug tight with the hand grip pointing vertical.
- Could the leak be from somewhere else? Turn off the water and power supplies and call for service.
The drawer won't open
- Is Childlock turned on? Childlock locks the selected drawer closed until turned off.
- Has the closed drawer auto lock activated? Press any button and open the drawer within 30 seconds.
