Common problems
Dishes aren't coming out clean
- Did you use the right wash program for this load? Pick a program that matches how dirty the dishes are.

The drawer won't open (no wash running)
- Is CHILDLOCK turned on? Turn CHILDLOCK off to unlock the drawer.
- Has the closed-drawer auto lock kicked in? Press any button, then open the drawer within 30 seconds.
Water is leaking
- Is the drain hose disconnected? Reconnect the drain hose securely to the waste pipe.
- Is the water inlet hose connected properly? Make sure the inlet hose is connected securely.
- Is the rinse aid dispenser plug closed properly? The hand grip on the plug must be vertical and shut tight.
- Is it a different kind of leak? Turn off the water and power and call for service.
