Which lights are flashing?
- Wash program + lock + one or more modifiers: An F fault has occurred. The lock indicator and one or more wash modifier indicators flash together with continuous beeping. This can often be cleared by resetting the machine.
- Only wash modifier indicators flashing (no lock): An A fault has occurred. Only the wash modifier indicators flash, with a wash program indicator also lit. This points to a specific fault shown in the fault code tables.
- A1 (RINSE + all modifiers): Water supply fault. The water supply to the machine may be off, so it cannot fill.
- A3 (DELICATE, RINSE + all modifiers): Drawer cannot drain. The drain hose or the connection to the drain pipe may be blocked or kinked.
- A6 (FAST, DELICATE + all modifiers): Spray arm or water pressure fault. The spray arm may have come loose, or water pressure is too low, possibly with excess foam.
- A7 (FAST, DELICATE + RINSE + all modifiers): Auto recovery from excess foam. The machine has detected too much foam in the drawer and is running an automatic recovery program.
- A09 (current wash program + SANITIZE): Sanitize temperature not reached. The water did not reach the temperature needed to sanitize the dishes.
- Rinse aid indicator glows or flashes bright red: Rinse aid is low. There is not enough rinse aid left for the wash.
- Salt indicator red: Water softener salt is low. The salt reservoir needs to be filled with dishwasher salt.
Common problems
Dishes aren't coming out clean
- Is the wash program right for the load? Choose a program that matches how soiled the dishes are.
- Is something blocking the spray arm? Make sure nothing is in the way of the spray arm's path.
- Is the filter plate or drain filter blocked? A blocked filter stops water circulating properly. Clean it before the next wash.
- Was there excess food left on the dishes? Scrape off heavy food scraps before loading.
Water is leaking from the dishwasher
- Is the drain hose disconnected? Check the drain hose is still attached to the waste pipe.
- Is the water inlet hose connected properly? Make sure the inlet hose connection is secure.
- Is the rinse aid dispenser plug closed properly? An open or loose plug can let rinse aid leak out.
- Is the leak coming from somewhere else? If it's not the hoses or the rinse aid plug, turn the machine off and get help.
The dishwasher won't start
- Is the power supply connected? Check the machine is plugged in and powered.
- Is the drawer closed properly? Push the drawer firmly shut.
- Is KEYLOCK or CHILDLOCK turned on? Either of these features will stop the machine starting until turned off.
- Did too much time pass between pressing Start and closing the drawer? You must close the drawer within 7 seconds of pressing Start.
There are water marks or spots on the dishes
- Has the rinse aid run out? Refill the dispenser if the rinse aid indicator shows it's empty.
- Is the rinse aid setting too low? Turn the rinse aid setting up.
- Is the drawer overloaded or loaded incorrectly? Overloading can stop water reaching every item properly.
