Answers and step-by-step fixes from the official Fisher & Paykel manual.
What does the display show or which light is on?
- F: A fault has occurred. An F code with continuous beeping means the dishwasher has detected a fault. You can try resetting it.
- A1: Water supply fault. The machine cannot get water. Check the tap and clear the fault.
- A3: Drawer cannot drain. The drain hose or connection may be blocked or kinked.
- A6: Spray arm has come loose. The spray arm has loosened or fallen off its mounting, or water pressure is too low.
- A7: Too much foam in the drawer. The machine has detected excess foam and is running an auto recovery program.
- A09: Sanitize temperature not reached. The water did not get hot enough for the Sanitize wash modifier to work.
- Continuous beeping with A or F code: A fault code is showing. Continuous beeping with a letter code means a fault has occurred in one or both drawers.
- Intermittent beeping: The dishwasher is paused. Intermittent beeping means the wash has been paused, not that there is a fault.
- 0 after Sanitize: Sanitize finished successfully. A 0 in the display with the SANITIZE light on means sanitization was successful.
- Rinse aid light bright red: Rinse aid is low. A bright red glowing or flashing light means it is time to refill the rinse aid.
- Salt light red: Water softener salt is low. A red salt indicator light means the salt reservoir needs filling.
