Common problems

Drying takes too long

  1. Are the lint filter pores clogged? A clogged filter blocks airflow and slows drying.
  2. Is the front of the condenser clogged? A clogged condenser slows drying down.
  3. Are the ventilation grills blocked? Remove anything in front of the grills that is blocking airflow.
  4. Was the laundry spun enough in the washing machine? Wetter laundry takes longer to dry, so spin it at a higher speed first.

Laundry comes out damp after drying

  1. Did you use the right program for this laundry? Check the care labels and pick a program suited to the fabric type, or use an extra time program.
  2. Are the lint filter pores clogged? Wash the filters in warm water and dry them.
  3. Is the front of the condenser clogged? Clean the front of the condenser.
  4. Was the dryer overloaded? Overloading stops laundry drying evenly.

The dryer does not turn on or the program will not start

  1. Is the power plug plugged in? Make sure the plug is fully in the socket.
  2. Is the loading door closed properly? Push the door until it clicks shut.
  3. Did you select a program and press Start? Selecting a program alone does not start it, you must also press Start / Stand-by.
  4. Is the child lock on? Turn off the child lock before trying to start a program.

The program stopped by itself

  1. Is the loading door closed properly? An improperly closed door can interrupt the program.
  2. Was there a power outage? Press Start / Stand-by / Cancel to start the program again.
  3. Is the water tank full? Empty the tank so the machine can continue.
